• Minority Business Enterprise Program - Increases the opportunity for Wisconsin certified minority owned companies to sell their products or services to the State of Wisconsin and its agencies

• Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE)Certification Program, administered by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce, certifies women-owned businesses to help facilitate contracting capabilities with public and private-sector entities. However WBE certification is not a guarantee of contracts, nor does it provide preference in state contracting.
